I apply proven innovation principles to work collaboratively in order to create robust new solutions that range from programmes, products & services, initiatives to new business processes. These can either be rolled out internally or, through new partnerships which I would help source from my network.
I also provide qualitative evaluation to uncover and articulate valuable insights that are often overlooked by delivery staff or management. This enables me to provide specific, practical and actionable guidance on projects and programmes for delivery organisations or grant funders, as well as helping grant funders to shape funds and charities to write funding bids.
I work across the public, voluntary and private sectors to foster the most effective partnership working and deliver the best possible service or experience to partners and their customers.
Depending on a client’s capabilities and capacity, I can either work strategically or at a more operational level, doing the “heavy lifting” for them.
This can include: strategic development, idea creation, concept development and testing, project management, team engagement, stakeholder management and programme evaluation, as well as producing briefing documents, reports, reviews, case studies, presentations, and funding applications.
